The service rep was professional and attentive. He listened to my issues and developed a plan to accomplish them in a timely fashion. My issue is with the sales manager. After considerable time invested in the deal , which included driving home to bring my car back , I learned the ‘new’ truck I was buying had over 750 miles on it. The price was over 100 k with my trade . I didn’t haggle with the price hoping for a stress free transaction . I was told by the manager, it was considered ‘new’. I believe that is bull. I was very disappointed the mileage wasn’t revealed earlier in the process. The State of New Jersey defines any vehicle over 300 miles as used. This angered me . The truck had a damaged logo on the console, cigarette ashes on the back seat, and lights that were flickering. The previous user had robbed me of the new car smell, plus the time and effort to get repairs. Since I invested the time and effort I chose to continue with the deal. The manager wanted to ‘make me happy and offered 5 oil changes which I accepted. Although I like the truck, the experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I was also disappointed with the internet truck I wanted was just sold. Smells like a bait and switch.

This salesman is who to ask for, he heard & he listen to all my concerns and answered every question!!! At times I can be very firm with my voice and mistakenly be taken for harsh and an attitude but Stan was not intimated by that at all!!! Service dept fumbled my oil change and tire rotation. Changed my oil but no tire rotation. Service guy said I didn’t ask when I dropped off my truck. But he said I requested it when I made my appointment. He said I should have asked again when I dropped it off. So I guess it’s my fault because I requested oil change and tire rotation when I made my appointment but I didn’t ask again when I drop it off. Somehow that made sense to him… smh customer service is trash. When did the dealership stop asking to add on services. I remember when they would try to sell you wiper blades.

After 3 weeks, they finally got it right The first time, they did the diagnostic and they thought they had the problem. They had to order the parts so I made the appointment to get fixed the following week.

The buying process was fine, but following up to get. My tags has been a nightmare. The temporary tax have already expired. I have called you guys more than 5 times about it. And still no tags. Your customer service is horrible.

Due to a very fast moving deal, I did not notice until 2 months later that I was charged $5k more than the advertised price online for my vehicle. After bringing my concerns to the dealership, I was told that online prices are cash only prices, and that I was charged an additional $5k due to financing and not paying with cash. No effort was made to reconcile anything and I was just told by the finance manager that "they are shady", this is a normal markup for them, and I should have asked about the price before I signed everything. It is my fault for not catching this before signing, but this is still extremely deceptive and in bad faith. Leaving this as a warning to anyone else who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle here.

Sold me a “ Brand new car” with a lot of problems. First the car all of a sudden stopped while I was turning and the steering wheel locked up. The dashboard said the power steering was malfunctioning. Then days later the car wouldn’t go into reverse. Now it won’t start and I’m stuck on the side of the road with my child. On Top of that I was extremely over charged for the car they lied about a 8k discount and I was charged $30k more then we agreed for the car. I don’t recommend this place. I want my money back at this point I guess I will be getting a lawyer because this is ridiculous to go through with a 2026 vehicle

I came in and made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I came back a week later for my appointment and dropped off my truck. I told the guy behind the desk I had a pre paid oil change thru mopar. He said I see it under you name. So I signed and left. Left my number for a call back to come pick up my car. I also reminded him there was a recall on my vehicle as well and he said he will have that taken care of also. I got a call back and I was told my oil change and recall was done, I asked about my tire rotation he said I didn't ask for one. I explained I did ask at my original appointment. He said yes I did. But I didn't re ask when I dropped off my truck. I was confused I asked again didn't I ask for a tire rotation he said yes but because I didn't re ask at drop off he assumed not to rotate my tires. He then said it's a 30 dollar cost I explained you told me that when I made the appointment. So again I asked him so why didn't you rotate the tires I asked you for that service when I scheduled my appointment? He said again people ask for tire rotation and change there mind so he didn't do it because I didn't ask him again when I dropped off my care. My trust is broken at this dealership as far as I'm concerned I'm not even sure he even did the recall at this point. So my score is a 1. Customer service is not really that good. I would think asking for add on services would be a regular thing at a dealership!!! Wel I will just try dealership in cherry hill next time. Thanks, Upset customer

Though I had an appointment and made it very clear to the person I be my appointment with that I will be having my truck towed in the day before my truck was there for days before anyone even realized that it was there also I was told that I may have to pay for a tow to get the truck inside of the Bay..... After about a week of my truck being there... If I had an appointment and my truck had been there over a week why would it need to be towed into the bay and that point? Also I was severely overcharged in my opinion it should not cost $450 to install a battery it's only two bolts.... Also I made it clear that there existing battery in my car was under warranty and then I would like to take that battery back and return it to get a new one but I did not receive my battery back... Thirdly my vehicle was not repaired it was just maintenance as far as a starter and a battery but no one fixed the original problem... Once I picked up my vehicle and it cut off on me before I even made it home I returned the vehicle to the dealership only to be told that the vehicle could not be repaired if that was the consensus initially then I shouldn't have had to spend $2,800 before someone told me they couldn't repair my vehicle.
