Service dept fumbled my oil change and tire rotation.

Somehow that made sense to him… smh customer service is trash. When did the dealership stop asking to add on services. I remember when they would try to sell you wiper blades. ”
After 3 weeks, they finally got it right The first time,

I told the guy behind the desk I had a pre paid oil change thru mopar. He said I see it under you name. So I signed and left. Left my number for a call back to come pick up my car. I also reminded him there was a recall on my vehicle as well and he said he will have that taken care of also. I got a call back and I was told my oil change and recall was done, I asked about my tire rotation he said I didn't ask for one. I explained I did ask at my original appointment. He said yes I did. But I didn't re ask when I dropped off my truck. I was confused I asked again didn't I ask for a tire rotation he said yes but because I didn't re ask at drop off he assumed not to rotate my tires. He then said it's a 30 dollar cost I explained you told me that when I made the appointment. So again I asked him so why didn't you rotate the tires I asked you for that service when I scheduled my appointment? He said again people ask for tire rotation and change there mind so he didn't do it because I didn't ask him again when I dropped off my care. My trust is broken at this dealership as far as I'm concerned I'm not even sure he even did the recall at this point. So my score is a 1. Customer service is not really that good. I would think asking for add on services would be a regular thing at a dealership!!! Wel I will just try dealership in cherry hill next time. Thanks, Upset customer ”

“ Though I had an appointment and made it very clear to the person I be my appointment with that I will be having my truck towed in the day before my truck was there for days before anyone even realized that it was there also I was told that I may have to pay for a tow to get the truck inside of the Bay..... After about a week of my truck being there... If I had an appointment and my truck had been there over a week why would it need to be towed into the bay and that point? Also I was severely overcharged in my opinion it should not cost $450 to install a battery it's only two bolts.... Also I made it clear that there existing battery in my car was under warranty and then I would like to take that battery back and return it to get a new one but I did not receive my battery back... Thirdly my vehicle was not repaired it was just maintenance as far as a starter and a battery but no one fixed the original problem... Once I picked up my vehicle and it cut off on me before I even made it home I returned the vehicle to the dealership only to be told that the vehicle could not be repaired if that was the consensus initially then I shouldn't have had to spend $2,800 before someone told me they couldn't repair my vehicle. ”

“ The Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge in Mt. Ephraim, New Jersey, in my view, is unprofessonal and untrustworthy. They sold a rather rare Dodge Durango Hell Cat Jailbreak to someone else after we (the dealership and me) had telephonically decided for me to purchase the next day at a specfic out the door price. I was just waiting for the paper work. FACTS I agreed on May 12th on the phone with a sales manager to purchase a specific car on the lot - a rather hard to find $ 90,000 Dodge Durango SRT Hell Cat Jailbreak. We agreed on the VIN number, the car was in the showroom, and we agreed on the “out the door price” which included every charge – cost, dealer charges, gov’t charges, tax, tags etc. - down to the penny. The dealership is 140 miles away in a different state so they were going to contact me the next day (May 13th) to tell me when and where we would meet to sign the papers and take owneship. It was a cash deal!. No one contacted me (on May 13th AM). I contacted them and was told they were working on the paper work. No one got back to me. I contacted them again, and got a text they had sold the car! When I complained on the phone, they were defensive and I was told a blatant lie that I had told them that I could not pick up the car for two weeks, and that anyway, there was no signed purchase order so googbye. No explanation -- nothing exept we did not have a deal. When the General Manager called me, his voice mail had the audacity to state he was caling to see if he could "fix my issue" - as if I was at fault and I created the problem. I have not communicated with him because I do not want to deal with what a consider such an unprofessional and untrustworthy team. So five acts of misleading and or lying: 1) they didn't contact me to arrange for delivery; 2) they did not contact me again, so I contacted them and was told working on the paperwork; 3) then I contacted them a third time and was told by text the car was sold (no notice from them to me - they had just ghosted me); 4) they lied that I told them I needed 2 weeks to purchase; 5) and they argued we had no deal even though we had agreed on everything and were just waiting for them to submit the paper work. To top it off, the General Manager wants to fix "MY ISSUE" as if i was to blame. I do not want to deal with this, in my view, unprofessional and untrustworthy dealership. I just want buyers and Stellantis management to know whom they have representing the dealership with the public.Thanks for reading this. ”
