“ Went in on July to purchase a 2018 dodge Durango rt after a few months I realized my exhaust was dangling I looked under car found out the whole exhaust was rusted out took the car back to them instead of them fixing the problem that they should of caught before the car went up for sale I had to chip in to get my exhaust fixed. I went and purchased another car from them I traded in a 2018 Chevy traverse they took my keys went in the car told me to clean my car out and they took possession of the traded vehicle. I went in for an oil change on my car and I went to asked about the traded in car I talked to Albert he told me I never traded in my car I told him y’all took my keys y’all had the car since September of 2025 it’s now January 2026 so I asked him where was the car he told me he did not know but he would look into it I call a few days later I was told that the car was on their lot when I went to get the car my sales rep walked me to the yard when I pulled up the windshield and the roof of the car had damage to it due to a tree falling on it I was told they would fix it due to the car being o. There lot. It’s January 27 2026 the windshield is just fixed but the roof of the car has not been fixed I feel like I was taken advantage of by them and it not right or good business practice ”

My husband was upfront that his trade‑in was in the shop and could not be delivered yet. To secure the deal, the dealership explicitly promised that they would deliver the purchased vehicle to our home and then retrieve the trade‑in from the service center. That promise is the only reason he agreed to come in and sign. Once the paperwork was completed and the car was officially purchased, that promise suddenly disappeared. We were told to “figure it out ourselves,” forcing me to waste over an hour of my time driving back and forth because they could not honor what they represented to us to make the sale. Their attempt at damage control was insulting. First a free oil change. Then vague talk of a gas card. Then I was told I could come back another day, another 30‑minute drive each way, when I “needed gas.” Eventually, after repeatedly begging me not to leave a negative review, they put $25 of gas in my tank (which costs about $75 to fill). This wasn’t miscommunication. This was a deliberate promise made to close a deal and abandoned the moment they had our signatures. If this is how Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge Ram operates before you even leave the lot, don’t expect honesty or accountability afterward. Get everything in writing, or better yet, take your business somewhere that doesn’t rely on broken promises and damage control to operate. ”

Came in for a oil change, had to ask what was taking so

“ 2 months in and my Durango's heat doesnt work. Temp gauge goes up and down while driving. Most likely a thermostat problem so engine cooling is also not working. Call to try and get it fixed, soonest appointment is over a week out. Also they dont give loaner vehicles. So I am supposed to not drive my brand new vehicle because you cant provide a loaner. Called multiple times to try and speak to a manager, you get the ring around and no one ever answers. You'd think they'd want to do everything they can to maintain you as a customer. ”
