I took my 2019 Challenger in for a rattle that seemed to be coming from the rear driver's side of the car. It only happened intermittently with the car stopped and in gear. First visit they could not hear the noise which was understandable since nothing specific could make it happen. I returned the following week with a video that captured the rattling noise. They found a loose exhaust bracket near the catalytic converter. Bracket was tightened. Problem solved. Overall happy with their service.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took about an hour and 15 minutes. Would have liked to be in and out quicker as compared to Jiffy Lube. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Waiting room was clean and I was offered coffee. I tried to schedule my appointment online, however the new update to the website made it extremely confusing and difficult. When to Mt. Ephraim Dodge to have my 2016 Charger fixed. Had hit a large puddle on the highway and tore something loose underneath the car. They examined the car on arrival, explaining everything as they went along. Within a half hour I was done and on my way home. Very and knowledgeable service manager explained everything in detail about the repairs. Had just sat down in comfortable waiting room and I was up and out. Fantastic service fixed the first time and fantastic customer service.

Everyone was VERY helpful and nice! I was a little confused when the service department told me they didn't show me having an appointment when 2 weeks prior I had a FULL bloom conversation about the services I needed! I don't remember the ladies name but I STILL had my truck serviced

The service and the gentleman that spoke with me was fine but, the only problem I had was the cost was way too high for a oil change and to install my front right signal, even after given a coupon.
